Aligners can be kept clean by rinsing with normal tap water or soap solution. You should not use any harsh abrasives or chemicals like denture cleaners or toothpaste. These cleaners are too harsh and can damage your aligners. You can use a new toothbrush for the cleaning and rinse it again before wearing it. You should brush and floss your teeth before wearing the aligners.
